The EHF EURO Mascot

Tor, the official mascot of the Men’s EHF EURO 2018, was first presented to the public at the qualification draw in Dubrovnik in April 2016. Ever since, he has not only been travelling all around Croatia, but also to several other European countries and as far as the VELUX EHF FINAL4 in Cologne which he visited in June 2017. Just look for #TorOnTour on Instagram and Twitter to find out more about his past and current travels.

And if you ever wondered: Tor is a Tornjak, a mountain sheep dog native to Croatia. They are large and powerful dogs, but with a calm temperament. However, when the decision demands it, they are vigilant and on high alert. That almost sounds the like the picture-perfect handball player, doesn’t it?

Watch out for Tor as he will visit all four venues at the Men’s EHF EURO 2018 and keep in touch with him on social media, using #TorOnTour.
